Professor Cepuran’s papers document two major areas of his work at UM-Dearborn.  There are a number of records from his service on the University Budget Committee.  There are materials from other work on the Faculty Senate, Faculty Senate Council, Promotion and Tenure Committee (including appeals material which is restricted), information on Faculty Governance, Grievance Committee, and other miscellaneous material.

The addendum of 2007 documents the Master’s in Public Administration Program, which Cepuran directed for much of his tenure at UM-Dearborn.  The program was housed in the Interdisciplinary Unit of the College of Arts, Science, and Letters, until 1992 when that unit was dissolved and programs dispersed, and the MPA was moved to the School of Education.  There is other material relevant to School of Education business as well.
