I don't believe Joe meant to only be open 24 hours the week before finals week but rather to be open in addition to finals week. I am an upper classman and I do have exams on finals week. The last day to be exact. I don't understand why the library could be open 24 hours every other day besides final week. Joe is not the only one that needs to study.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Our attendance statistics from the past few years show that, on average, fewer than 40 people per hour were attending the final two nights of the library's extended overnight hours. We attempted a new schedule this semester to accommodate those with earlier exams. We re-evaluate our schedule every year to try to accommodate as many students as possible within our means to do so. Your comments will definitely be part of the discussion as we look at future schedules.
