What’s new?
- ILL and MeLCat fines – Effective July 1, 2007, overdue ILL and MeLCat materials will be fined $0.25 per day for the first 8 days; after 8 days, the fine increases to $5.00 per day. We rely on other libraries to share their materials. In order for us to continue receiving these resources, please return items on time.
- Overnight Reserve loan period – Students reported that the overnight Reserve loan period was confusing and frustrating. This loan rule has been removed; however, there are seven other Reserve loan periods to meet your various needs: http://library.umd.umich.edu/services/reserves/forms.html
- Proxy cards – A proxy card authorizes a student or staff member to use a faculty member’s library account to check out materials. For complete details and to download the application form please see http://library.umd.umich.edu/services/circ/assistant.html
