• MeLCat items (GREEN book bands) and Mardigian Library items may be renewed in your Library Account.
  
• ILL items (YELLOW book bands) can be renewed on this form.
  • Renewals are not guaranteed.
  • An ILL item can only be renewed with permission from the lending library.
  • We will e-mail you if the material has been renewed.
  • It may take up to a week to receive an answer from the lending library.

A copy of this form will be e-mailed to you at the address you have provided.
