Turnitin Plagiarism Detection
Our campus has a site license for Turnitin - a program that helps faculty
members detect plagiarism in student writing.
- Papers are submitted electronically to www.turnitin.com, either by the instructor or by

number and password.
- Turnitin compares the submissions to resources on the public Internet, to previous
submissions of student papers, and to some licensed resources, including ProQuest.
