Per the Governor's Executive Order, the Mardigian Library / Stamelos Gallery Center building will be closed until further notice. The Mardigian Library will continue to provide virtual research support. Librarians and Library Staff are available to answer questions from faculty, staff, and students during virtual library hours, either by email or chat. Talent Gateway Challenges

There are three Talent Gateway Challenges located in the Mardigian Library.


Students will visit the proposed site of the IDEA Studio – 1217ML and answer questions in the room about different aspects of our future maker space.

Studio Hours – 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

CHALLENGE: 3D Printing Demos

Students attend one demonstration of the IDEA Studio 3D Printer. Student will learn about the process of using a 3D printer and the procedures to use the IDEA Studio printer.

Printing Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.; beginning on the hour.

CHALLENGE: 3D Printing

Task: The first 5 students per day during the two week opening of the Talent Gateway who email the IDEA Studio to produce an object pre-picked by the Studio will earn points. Students will be able to pick up the object upon completion.

Printing Schedule: Monday – Thursday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; beginning on the hour.
