Natural Sciences & Geography Librarian
As a STEM Librarian, I collaborate with faculty in the Natural Sciences Department and the Geography unit to support their library research, teaching, and collection needs. I also support students in developing information literacy skills.
I have Master's degrees in Library and Information Science (Wayne State University) and Geographic Information Systems (Eastern Michigan University), a B.S. in Biology with minors in German and Museum Techniques (University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point), and a graduate certificate in Instructional Design (University of Wisconsin-Stout).
My past professional experience includes working as a computer products specialist (Aldrich Chemical) and as a toxicology researcher (Letterman Army Institute of Research).
Currently enrolled students and currently employed faculty and staff are eligible for a free digital subscription to the New York Times (NYT) (some limitations apply) and Wall Street Journal (WSJ).
