REQUEST ITEMS FOR PICK-UP

Starting August 2, 2021 appointments will no longer be needed to pick-up items. Please review the updated policies and procedures below.

To obtain items owned by the Mardigian Library, a Hold Request must be placed first. Once you place a request for an item, please wait until you receive email confirmation from the Mardigian Library saying that your item is available and ready to be picked up.

Please return electronic items (Chromebooks, calculators, cameras), games, and puzzles to the Library Info Desk. Books and A/V items may be returned using the book or media drop boxes located on the sidewalk between the library and the IAVS. This can be done at anytime.

Pick-up of items is currently available 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays.

Campus Mask Policy Once you receive notice that your item has arrived:
  • Complete the ResponsiBLUE screening prior to coming to campus
  • Proceed to the main entrance of the library
  • The screener will verify your 'green check' on the ResponsiBLUE app
  • Have your MCard ready and proceed to the Library Info Desk
